Nitrogen generator - GN series

GN series nitrogen generator is a device generating nitrogen from atmospheric air. In order to separate nitrogen from atmospheric air which is made up of that gas in 78% we use molecular membranes which separate this gas from the others. The device separates nitrogen through continuous separation of particles in the separation membrane manufactured based on an American patent. We have achieved extraordinary levels of reliability for our equipment due to the production quality control system used throughout many years. Additionally, the convenient size and quite a simple structure of the device have meant that our generators are commonly used as generators working in a "mobile" system, i.e. each one is used jointly by many growers.

Its primary use is in fruit and vegetable storage rooms for rapid  removal of excess oxygen and ethylene from cold rooms (mobile).

Nitrogen generator - GN P.S.A series

Our newest GN P.S.A. series nitrogen generator is a device generating nitrogen from atmospheric air using P.S.A. (pressure swing adsorption) technology.

The P.S.A. technology allows to obtain unrivalled nitrogen purity - even up to 99.99 %. Oxygen filtration takes place in molecular sieves which retain oxygen from compressed air.

The build in oxygen analyser and microprocessor based control of the entire nitrogen production process combined with CAD designed elements of the generator make it possible to achieve highest efficiency levels at low levels of power consumption. We have achieved extraordinary levels of reliability for our equipment due to the production quality control system used  throughout many years.
